Wrinkled clothes, especially when you don't have access to an iron and need to be wrinkle-free for an important occasion, are extremely frustrating. Here are three ways to un-wrinkle on the go:
1) Damp Towel Method: Works when you literally have no laundry services. Wet a towel with warm water and wring it out. Lay the wrinkled garment on a clean, flat, hard surface and lay the towel over it. Press and smooth the towel and the garment out with your hands. Hang or lay the garment to dry.
2) Flat Iron Method: If you're a girl who uses a hair straightener -- or are traveling with one -- this is the easiest de-wrinkler for dry clothes. Simply turn on the flat iron, clamp it on the wrinkled parts of the garment, and "iron" to smooth. Only do this on dry garments, not on delicate materials, and make quick passes.
3) Water + Sun Method: If it's sunny outside, sprinkle some water on the garment until it's slightly damp. Hang the garment in direct sunlight for about an hour -- the heat and moisture will relax the wrinkles.
