"I think it's important to remember you just need to be yourself and work hard and be good at what you do, no matter what it is. If you get caught up in focussing on what gender you are, what your limitations are because of it etc., then you probably will create those situations for yourself. The less energy you spend worrying about those things, the more energy you spend on being productive and being good at what you do, which ultimately is what builds a successful career."
