I talked with a close friend who is the manager of a restaurant about the self confidence and work determination of his job. The self confidence part comes from the drive to want to see the franchise succeed. He stated that when your employees see your drive for success in the business; it drives them to want to be apart of the team. The work determination comes from always being on top of your game even when the day seems at its worse. He stated that sometimes your going to have angry customers and won't be able to satisfy them even with the nicest attitude. He said all I can do is say thank you for coming and please come see us again; this not only shows the customer but my employees that your work speaks for it self.
