Blogging is a release. It cleanses my soul. It excites me that I can affect people in some cases that I don’t even know.
To be able to talk about something to other people who share the same issues is a responsibility. You need to write with humility—it is NOT about me—it’s about millions of people who have Parkinson’s. A good blog needs to make sense and be interesting and I believe at times even downright funny. If I can give anyone hope than that is a great thing.
A blog will expose your vulnerabilities—but by writing it, you will feel better, too.
