Before leaving the house on your next sightseeing adventure, make sure that your camera, phone and/or iPad is fully charged. There's nothing worse than leaving home to discover that your camera's battery power is low. Or if it's battery-operated, then bring an extra supply of batteries. Always better to be safe than sorry, especially if you're traveling alone so you only have your own gadgetry to rely on. Think twice before stepping outside that door!
