If you are the parent of a young child and your family must move far away from relatives, or if the child's parent is in the military and gets deployed overseas, make a small photo scrapbook with pictures of relatives, like grandma, daddy, aunts and uncles -- preferably with the child in the pictures. Look at the book regularly and point out each family member so when you are reunited, they will be excited to see the familiar faces.
