Customers:
1. Tip your waiter at least 1 dollar. Seriously. If you can afford to eat out you can afford to shell out a few extra dollars.
2. Unless there is actually a problem, don't send your food back. That's all I'm saying on that.
3. If you're nice to me I'll bend over backwards for you and remember you next time you come in.
New Waiters:
1. Don't try to memorize the menu in one day.
2. Keep calm.
3. Smile, be nice. Don't take it personally.
4. Don't steal another waiter's tip off the table.
5.Sit down on your breaks.
