Cats love to think they have discovered a new place to nap, so leave a variety of cozy blankets, pet beds and paper sacks in places they can easily find AND which you don't mind them snoozing in. We even leave the cat carrier open with a blanket in it and will find them napping in what would otherwise be a terrifying place!
