Holy guacamole! Not just any guacamole, but my copycat Chipotle guacamole recipe. I always buy organic blue corn tortilla chips from Trader Joe’s to go with it. Also, if you keep one of the avocado pits in the bottom of the guacamole bowl, it won’t turn brown. The recipe is as follows: Guacamole Recipe 2 large ripe Hass avocado, peeled and pitted, 2 tsp. fresh lime juice, 3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions, 1 clove of garlic, finely minced, 1 serrano chili, seeded and chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt Mash up avocado with a fork (I prefer a chunkier consistency).
