For a healthy and quick bacon sandwich try:
3 slices of turkey bacon (2% fat and 26 calories)
A cup of sliced mushrooms or onions (adds flavour without the fat)
2 slices of bread (preferably wholemeal)
Low fat oil spray
This recipe takes 5 minutes. The bacon requires 2 minutes grilled on each side and frying the mushroom takes roughly the same amount of time depending on how you like them done.
