1. The Status Quo. Look beyond the status quo. Look for capability with lower costs. For example: Skype was created because who wants to pay for long distance calling?! Take current ideas and tweak them to be cheaper and more accessible
2. “Do It Yourself” Buyers. Trying to target the “makers” i.e. sewing, self publishing, entrepreneurs. Rather than giving an end creation, give these people the tools to create their own final product. For example: creating an online course.
3. This Is Your Time. Let customers use their time as they wish. Were in the era of Netflix bingeing. People will watch, consume things they can do instantly and on demand.
