I bring bruschetta to cookouts and gatherings! Super easy. 6 ingredients -- Roma tomatoes, garlic powder, fresh basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil and crusty bakery bread. Dice the tomatoes, chop the basil, mash together in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Scoop a small amount of the mixture onto slices of crusty bread and sprinkle with parmesan. You can either broil them at 500 degrees for 3 minutes or serve them at room temperature --- equally tasty both ways! Kim's favorite charity is The Humane Society.
