If you're out for a decadent dinner away from home and are staying in a hotel, it's so sad to throw away your leftovers just because your hotel room doesn't have a refrigerator. If it's under 45 degrees outside, use your windowsill or balcony as a makeshift fridge. Simply store your leftovers outside to enjoy the next day. Note: don't do this on a first floor patio unless you want the critters outside to have their own gourmet feast.
