Cats love to unroll toilet paper. Stop them! All you have to do is flip the toiler paper roll so it unrolls from the bottom instead of the top.
If this feels totally wrong to you, there's another solution, but it takes more work to accomplish. When you're finished using the toilet paper, tuck the end into the roll. This way, even if the cats spin the roll over and over, nothing will unroll.
