Leftover wine? Freeze it!


Maybe the recipe only called for a splash

Maybe the recipe only called for a splash of vino, or maybe you just couldn't finish that last glass of red? Pouring prefectly good wine away seems like such a waste, but keep it too long and it'll turn into vinegar!
Freeze your leftover wine in an ice cube tray and it will taste as good as the day you uncorked it.
The frozen cubes can be used to chill a fresh glass of wine without diluting it with regular ice, or added to your next risotto!
