When you’re boiling pasta, bubbling and overflow happens all the time. Prevent it with the easiest, weirdest trick ever. Put a wooden spoon over the top of the pasta pot -- the water won’t boil over and the spoon will [somehow] keep foamy pasta bubbles from spilling over the top.
