As a track and field athlete I often watched hurdlers training at the track and two things caught my eye. I couldn’t help but notice how flexible they are and how much they worked at that skill. Secondly, I noticed that they didn’t jump but took the hurdles in stride, which put them in a better position to face the next barrier. Life is like that, when faced with a hurdle, be as flexible as possible and take it in stride and the next one won’t seem so daunting.
