If you ever use a sandwich press, panini press, or double-sided grill, you know how annoying they are to clean. To make the perfect grilled sandwich without the clean-up, buy parchment paper (it's in the tinfoil aisle of the grocery store). Place a sheet under your sandwich and a sheet above your sandwich, then press and grill as usual. You'll still get the perfect toasting and grill marks, but cleanup will be a breeze.
