Advice from Tony, who started his own business Key Commercial Finance, on choosing a career path: "Don’t just look at what you want next. Instead, draw ( and I mean draw ) a picture of what you want your life to be like in 10 years – visualise what life could be like – create a dream picture if you like incorporating house, family, place, family – and your job type. Then consider what you have to be doing in 9 years, as the immediate stepping stone to your 10 year goal, then what you have to be doing in 8 years to get to your 9 year goal, and keep working back like this to where you are now. That will help you focus a great deal more effectively on what job is right for you right now!"
