Here are five for you to try out...
-Wimbledon wouldn't be complete without strawberries and cream. Mix Quark with sweetener for a sin-free cream substitute.
-Stir into a risotto at the end of cooking for a creamy finish.
-Spread on toasted bagels and top with smoked salmon for a decadent breakfast treat.
-Make guilt-free ice cream! Combine equal quantities of quark and fat-free fromage frais, then freeze in a tub. Add vanilla extract, berries or even crushed maltesers to the mix to recreate your favourite flavour!
-Saintly Sauces - Heat stock (chicken, vegetable, beef, whatever you fancy!) with a spoonful of quark for a quick and simple savoury sauce.
