I love putting honey in tea, on toast, on graham crackers, on fruit, etc. It's a great way to sweeten something and still get a good dose of vitamins and minerals (better for you than white sugar!) When you want to add a spoonful of honey, spray the spoon with a little spritz of cooking spray; the honey will slide right off the spoon and you won't have to waste the leftovers that usually stick and get left behind.
