Separating eggs into yolks and whites can be a pain, no matter which methods you use. This is the easiest method I've ever seen, and it works every time!
Crack the egg onto a plate. Take an empty plastic water bottle, turn it upside down, and gently squeeze some of the air out of it. Place the opening of the bottle on the egg yolk and release the squeezed pressure. The bottle will suck up the yolk while leaving the egg white on the plate. You can save the yolks by putting the cap back on the bottle and refrigerating, or throw them away.
