Naturally as you grow up, you begin to realize things about yourself. Having always been rather impulsive and dramatic, it took a long time for me to realize that just because I wanted something or someone didn't mean that that option was the best for my life. Slowly, I started analyzing the choices I made and sorted out what would help me grow as an individual and what only fed some insecurity I had. The more I focused on why I made certain choices, the easier it became to continually choose what would seem to be in my best interest. It isn't always the easiest, but in the end it is certainly the most rewarding.
