It's the time of year to fire up the grill, and make some Boca Burgers or lamb chops or whatever you kids are eating. If you're like me, you have a cheap charcoal grill. And you have a hell of a time getting that thing lit up. Now, I have perfected what I call the "Apocalypse Now Napalm Method", that consists of dumping way too much lighter fluid on a pyramid of Kingsford briquettes and nearly burning down my entire building and attracting the attention of the Seattle Fire Department. So I looked around and found this video to be a bit more helpful.
