Some people fall asleep as soon as their head hits the pillow, for the unlucky few we need a bit of help. Now while it is so tempting to play on your phone, browse the internet or watch a film this only makes matters worse. The way I find it easiest to get to sleep is to read before bed, not sure why but it helps a lot when trying to get to sleep, maybe because it's so relaxing. When I can feel I'm not tired I drink a hot chocolate while reading to try and make sure I get an early night. Before doing this I could be up all night but with this helping me get to sleep earlier, I've fell in to a much better sleep routine.
