Watch videos. A lot of players are able to pick up on stuff pretty quickly if they can visually see it. Try and record or watch professional games on your tv or computer. Watch the players in your position in How they move the Ball up and down and side to side on the field. In higher level of play, try and have a parent video tape a game from the bleachers. This way a coach is able to point out areas of importance to players. In tournaments this is a great way to watch film on your opponents so you are able to point out their strong and weak points.
