Work Out Before Going to Bed


Did you know that working out before bed is actually good for getting you to fall asleep faster? The cool down after a work out is the same thing your body experiences when trying to fall asleep. Putting the two together is even better! Try doing 10 push ups and 20 crunches right before you are about to crawl into bed. Don't look at your phone after you're done. Just fall asleep peacefully and quickly.
